Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your Evo Pure Performance products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
1. 60-day returns
- You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
- Items must be in like-new condition with all original accessories and packaging.
2. How to start a return
Email support@evopureperformance.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Need a different item? Start a return and place a new order, or contact us and we will help.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
6. Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
