Limited Warranty

Evo Pure Performance devices are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1. What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

2. What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts.
• Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow product instructions.
• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to make a claim

Email support@evopureperformance.com with your order number and a description (and photos, if helpful) of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

4. Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
