Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

2. Shipping options and costs

• Free 2-day shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States.
• Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95.
• Delivery estimates begin once the order ships and do not include processing time.

3. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact support@evopureperformance.com.

4. Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

5. Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

6. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days and we will help you investigate.
